**ABOUT US**

Creative production company Entropico is expanding and is looking for a Marketing & Director’s Assistant to join our dynamic, fast-paced creative team in Sydney.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Treatment creation, including writing, image and reference sourcing and layouts (design templates provided).
- Work collaboratively with the directors to ensure the output of pitch materials is always of the highest quality possible.
- Assist in the management and creation of pre-production documents under the guidance of Entropico’s producers and production managers.
- Update the Entropico website consistently with new work as it goes live.
- Support Entropico’s marketing lead on press releases, award submissions, and Entropico socials updates.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing and public relations campaigns to promote Entropico and its work.

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- Strong writing, design and reference-sourcing skills.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Good filmmaking knowledge and an ability to bring creative ideas to the table.
- A passion for design, art, culture and storytelling.
- Strong communication skills - in person and on the page.
- An ability to condense big ideas into a clear and concise presentation.
- 1-year experience within a production company or agency is preferred.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere), Squarespace and Google Apps experience are not mandatory but a definite plus.
- Great taste.
- Must thrive autonomously and in team scenarios.
