This top tier law firm has a stand out brand and is renowned for its innovation. This newly created national Pitch Manager role has been created to enhance the firm's pitch capability, best practice and win rate. Managing a Pitch Coordinator initially, you will likely grow the team over time. Reporting into an impressive CMO and BD Director, you will be encouraged to develop optimal processes and systems, influence tone of voice and pitch style, educate partners and BD colleagues in best practice pitching and help the firm increase market share in a number of key sectors. The use of technology, AI and other tools is encouraged and the firm has an outstanding graphic design team. This is a great opportunity for someone to help a successful firm do things even better
- Pitch expert with professional services experience
- Excited about influencing and educating stakeholders
- Proven success in developing pitch best practice
- Comfortable managing junior staff
- Experience spans a range of pitch types
