As a Pursuit Manager, you will be central to delivering the NSW Business Development Strategy, embedding best-in-class pitch and pursuit practices, and elevating CBRE's market positioning. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll lead high-value pursuits, coach stakeholders, and implement winning strategies that reflect CBRE's enterprise capabilities and client priorities.
About the role:
- Lead strategic pitches and pursuits, aligning with the NSW Business Development Strategy.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop win strategies and deliver persuasive client engagement tools.
- Implement CBRE's pitch methodology across high-value opportunities in NSW and the Pacific.
- Collaborate with designers and leaders to create compelling visual storytelling and client-centric presentations.
- Coach teams and deliver training programs to strengthen BD and pitch capabilities.
- Introduce innovative tools and processes to elevate pitch quality and consistency.
- Drive Pacific-wide initiatives that enhance CBRE's market-leading brand and competitive positioning.
About you:
- Degree qualified with 7+ years' experience in BD, Bids and Tenders, Pursuits, or Strategic Marketing and Communications.
- Proven success in B2B environments with a strong understanding of the property landscape and client priorities.
- Experience delivering content that is clever, client focused, fit for purpose, creatively persuasive and compelling.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Proactive and tenacious approach, with a passion for creative problem solving, collaboration and elevating business development strategies and content for clients.
- Ability to think strategically, be agile and innovative, think on your feet and be creative and coachable.
