Join a leading Real Estate business in the role of a Pitch Manager where you'll be joining a supportive and coaching team in the Sydney office with lots of growth opportunities.

**Your new role**
As the Pitch Manager, you will be supporting the overall team with implementing pitch processes as well as partnering with the senior stakeholders of the business. You will participate in the whole pitch process with coaching, articulating briefs, coaching senior leaders for best practice of content and overall pitch process.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You have a qualified degree and minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (sales, marketing or bids)
- You are naturally a hands-on go getter with an sales approach
- You have experience in preparing high standards documents.
- You are highly organised and strong attention to detail
- You are naturally able to make strong relationships and excellent in influencing members within the organisation for best possible outcome
