**About the role**

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Insights Analyst, you'll support the Governance and Reporting team by delivering top-notch insights and reporting solutions. You'll use advanced data analysis and predictive modelling to provide clear, high-value insights that guide strategic decisions and drive growth across Employer, Platforms, and Partnerships.

You'll work across different areas, seeking out new data, managing data flows and models, optimising workflows and lead generation processes, and updating visualisations to create new business opportunities. Your insights will help key stakeholders make successful acquisitions. You'll work closely with the Partnerships, Growth, and Marketing team and other key stakeholders to develop proposals that take advantage of market opportunities.

This role is **permanent** opportunity based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You know your way around Salesforce CRM and analytics platforms like Financial Services Cloud and Einstein Analytics.
- You’ve got experience with SQL Server and other Business Intelligence tools.
- You can use machine learning tools to turn data into actionable insights.
- You create and deliver high-quality visualisations, reports, and presentations to various audiences.
- You excel at gathering and sharing information and facilitating outcomes through exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English.
- You have a creative mind, commercial judgement, and a flexible approach to varied tasks and strategies.
- You have good knowledge of business intelligence and/or data visualisation tools.
