Are you an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a passion for transforming data into strategic insights that drive business decisions? We're looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our client's growing team and play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

About the Role As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining analytical solutions and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and support data-informed strategies across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics and business trends.
  • Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Build and automate reports, forecasts, and performance analyses in Excel and Power BI.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of BI tools, data models, and reporting processes.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts as needed.

About You

  • 4+ years of experience in a BI Analytics role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
