**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Learning Lead, the Learning Designer will be responsible for the design, development and publishing of the learning courses and materials related to the delivery of the Digital Transformation Program (DTP) assisting with the delivery of learning outcomes for DTP. This role forms part of the Organisational Change Management Team which is led by the Digital Transformation Program Change Manager.

The ASC DTP is a multi-year strategic program of work to transform ASC’s business process and business systems. The program includes multiple external providers and a total program team in excess of 100 people located across both SA & WA ASC sites. It is a high paced and complex program consisting of multiple parallel projects, project streams and business stakeholders.

This opportunity is on a Permanent full time basis, located in Osborne, SA.

**Responsibilities**
- Design & develop effective and engaging learning programs for blended delivery to support the learning needs for DTP
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances knowledge retention, skills acquisition and transfer of learning onto the job
- Work closely with Super Users and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand target audience learning needs and ensure relevancy of content, scenarios, assessment etc
- Build supporting learning material/media (using audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc.) for online modules
- Plan and build programs by scoping work, performing gap analysis, developing TNA’s, identifying learning outcomes, designing scenarios, assessments and tools, developing content, piloting programs and conducting train the trainers
- Utilise technology skills and innovate practices to enhance instructional design
- Work with ASC L&D to ensure alignment and future learning hand over plans created

**About you**
- Experience equivalent to 3-5 years in a learning design capacity
- Minimum 12 months experience working with LMS
- Relevant qualification in Training Design and Development/HR/Business and/or other relevant qualification.

**Desirable competencies and experiences**
- Demonstrated success in learning design for a program of work
- Expertise in designing end-to-end learning programs for technical and system changes
- Superior organisation and coordination skills, with high attention to detail
- Proficient user of Articulate 360, LMS, ClickLearn or equivalent LMS, learning design and learning content development tools
- Experience in supporting an online learning platform
- Experience in the delivery of a similar role in an agile, dynamic and high paced program/project based environment
- Excellent visual design skills with the ability to develop storyboards create and maintain online learning programs
- Contributes to team success and culture
- Confident and proactive in ability to challenge & make suggestions to improve the outcomes
- Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a similar role with a digital context is preferred
- Familiarity with project management approaches including Agile, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Proficient user of Microsoft office and SharePoint software
