**The Role**
The TAFE SA Centre of Excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care is seeking to engage a competent, experienced **Learning** **Designer** to lead initiatives that support the organisation’s product development priorities. Reporting to the Educational Manager, in this role, you will contribute as a key member of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, while also taking ownership of the design and delivery of high-quality, student-centred, and technology-enhanced learning experiences, projects, and resources across both accredited and non-accredited programs.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide strategic guidance on blended and online learning pedagogy (andragogy), as well as complex instructional design and development processes.
- Coordinate the planning and scheduling of online learning projects in alignment with organisational priorities, utilising the TAFE SA learning design framework.
- Lead the evaluation and continuous improvement of learning methodologies and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality blended and online education.
- Oversee the implementation of learning materials and programs that adhere to quality assurance and compliance standards, in accordance with the regulatory standards for RTOs and other relevant legislative requirements.
