As part of a business wide data transformation, a role has been created for a Commercial Analytics Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for providing advanced analytics and reporting on all commercial revenue streams. The role's responsibility will be to identify and capitalise on opportunities that leverage existing and new analytics reports & platforms to drive existing and emerging digital revenue growth.

The role will also lead the customer segmentation strategy, implementation of advanced ML and AI analytic models, customer loyalty platform opportunities and associated systems and reporting suites.

Skill set / Experience required
- Lead the customer segmentation strategy
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities
- Deliver a roadmap to build out data models
- Implement advanced ML and AI analytic models
- Implement advanced analytics reports and algorithms
- Review and improve the customer loyalty platform
- Implement / adopt new technologies and new ways of collecting and analyzing data
- Identify and integrate new data sources
- Build out management dashboards in Power BI
- Work with Digital, Marketing, Sales and Finance teams
- Drive customer acquisition and sales funnel initiatives
- Experience in delivery of digital revenue strategy and product delivery
- Project manage small commercial data projects when required
- Advanced Azure experience
- Advanced Power BI experience
- Advanced Salesforce / Marketing Cloud experience
- Demonstrable experience of implementing ML techniques to provide positive customer outputs and revenue generation
- Advanced customer segmentation and customer lifecycle and value analysis
