**About the role**:
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the sustainable operational performance of a collection of practices from within our General Practice portfolio and will provide support and leadership to Practice Managers both remotely and on site at these locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising day-to-day operations across a network of General Practices
- Ensuring staffing levels are in line with KPI’s and economic benchmarking
- Overseeing financial and account management
- Ensuring Practices are in accordance with OH&S guidelines
- Drive the proactive management of operational and site management processes, systems, and standards within all sites and across the region to achieve quality, cost, and productivity targets

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing and leading staff in a large multi-site organisation.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills with highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across the workplace.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining day-to-day operational procedures, and in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to provide oversight and direction to support functions.
- Ability to identify and manage operational challenges at a practice level.
- Experience in managing tender processes.
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel.
