Family Doctor operates a number of medical practices in VIC, ACT, NSW, QLD, SA and WA, with aggressive plans to grow further.

We work collaboratively to bring innovative solutions to our network of practices. We have authentic leadership where all of the team have input into how we can enhance the experience of patients, doctors and staff

**The Opportunity**
Due to our continued growth we are looking to expand our operations team with the addition of a fourth operations manager to join our team. This position has oversight of an allocation of medical practices within the Group.

The role is to ensure our practices deliver high performing primary care whilst utilising our network to enhance operational performance. You will be working alongside the Operations Managers, COO and CEO.

**Selection Criteria**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing and leading staff in a large multi-site organisation.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and analytical skills with highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining day to day operational procedures, and in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to provide oversight and direction to support functions.
- Ability to identify and manage operational challenges at a practice level.
- Experience in managing tender processes.
- Current driver's license and willingness to travel.
