**About the team**:
Our Coles Services team takes pride in making our supermarkets shine. By managing all trolleys, trolley collection and cleaning services, we make sure our customers’ shopping experience is as consistently safe, easy, and seamless as possible.
Reporting to the Head of Coles Services this broad role will see you lead and implement the workforce and operational improvement strategy for Coles Services.

**About the role**:
You will manage the Coles Services service labour model, insights & reporting as well as process and compliance function. This truly is an end-to-end role where you will design and implement initiatives to drive costs savings. You will also:

- Build and manage all operational reports and management of all team member WOW communications, training, and activity plans
- Develop and implement below store organisation design and manage ongoing changes
- Lead roster effectiveness and execution
- Provide operational insight into business initiatives and projects
- Identify training needs and develop and implement as well as management of the training budget

**About you and your skills**:
This role will enable you to leverage your proven experience in project management and strategy. You will also need:

- Proven experience in a commercial or operational role with exposure to compliance or workforce management
- Demonstrated workforce planning governance experience
- Understanding and experience in process improvement methodology
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of operational understanding
