**About the role**:
In this role you will work closely with a large team of skilled and motivated technologists. You will be required to manage relationships with our key stakeholders as well as service providers to ensure they are delivering in line with contracted agreements. A key focus of this role will be continuous improvement and embedding action plans to prevent critical issues in the future. You will be required to identify and measure the operational impact of major problems and drive resolution.

You will be responsible for managing the support framework across the People Technology domain, focused predominantly on the Coles Workforce Management solution (Kronos), ensuring operational stability, availability, and performance of product. You will provide input and work closely with project managers and release / delivery managers to manage incidents and defects.

As part of this role, you will manage the business continuity activities, escalation point and coordination of major production incidents. You will be required to manage the production baseline and perform impact analysis for all production changes, as well as mitigating risk and impacts to front line operations.

A key requirement for this role is previous experience and knowledge of delivery, management and support of HR technology solutions (including clocking) - Kronos experience is preferred.

**About you and your skills**:

- Ability to plan and drive improvements to reduce the number of production problems and drive improvements to the environment
- Demonstrated in-depth experience and understanding of fast moving operational environments and processes
- Demonstrated experience as manager of team in a dynamic operational and project bases environment
- Experience leading resolution activities of large teams, including 3rd party partners
- Market knowledge and experience in the delivery, management and support of HR technology solutions (including clocking)
- Experience in communicating and negotiating with vendors, business stakeholders and IT groups
- Provide a deep functional understanding of IT solutions
- Establish relationships with stakeholders to develop trust and ensure reliable and accurate information
