- Tier 1&2 Businesses in Foodservice, established & have great reputations
- $90k - $125k (depending on exp & role) + super + car/car allowance + bonus.
Several new BDM/Account Manager roles in Melbourne, across some of our existing & some of our new Foodservice clients will be live before the end of the week.

- Build trust with your customer base through demonstrating product knowledge and broader product value.
- Develop a partnership approach to your customers and build your sales success through win/win solutions by understanding your customers’ requirements.
- Hunter mentality and want to get out in front of clients.
- Farmer Mentality and a strategic approach to growing individual accounts.
- Build competitor & industry knowledge to identify opportunities and build commercial sales opportunities.
**Background/Skills**:
- Business Development and/or Account Management experience
- Well rounded commercial acumen and an understanding of the wide business operates outside of the sales function.
- Proven ability to win new business.
- Proven ability to maintain and grow an existing account base
- Strong communication, written and verbal.
- Proactive sales approach
- Autonomous worker
- Strong organization and time management skills.
