**About the role**

You will be responsible for, in short, making sure that the stock ordered by the customer, is received on time, and in full. Given the set up of the business, this is not a case where all things are shipped from a central warehouse, so the operations can be very complex and will require analysis, process improvement, carrier negotiation and cost reduction. You will of course have a team supporting you, both direct and indirect.

**What makes you suitable?**

A logistics, operations or fulfilment background from a pureplay e-commerce company would be ideal, but we are very open to those who have touched upon e-commerce too. Most importantly though, we are looking for someone who is able to ask questions, problem solve and create their own path to success.
