- Bring your logistics co-ordination skills

This is a great role based at the Bondi Junction Head Office.

Primarily responsible for all sales order processing and liaising with imports, 3PL's, customers, wholesalers, retailers, Amazon and export markets.
- Co-ordinating accounting, 3PL WMS system & ERP system accuracy
- Working with 3PL's and co-ordinating local transport and international freight for import / exports.
- Preparing shipping documents and instructions for customs clearance goods.
- Processing, Reconciling and Reporting on Inbound and Outbound Delivery activities.
- Assisting on the Processing, Reconciling and Reporting in Inventory related activities including Cycle count, Scrapping, Expiry Management, Serialised & Batch Management & Stock Reconciliation
- Optimising of outbound and 3PL logistics operations and activities
- Proactively troubleshooting issues in all key logistics providers in Warehouse, Freight Forwarding & Domestic Transportation
- Be the first point of call from customers for damages, shortages, missing items, incorrect deliveries, etc.

Good allrounder role but must have some experience with dealing with 3PL's and ERP experience, preferably Netsuite.
