**How will I help?**

Group Protective Services is part of the Corporate Services (Division) which provides services to the Westpac Group in the areas of Group Property, Group Procurement and Partnerships and Group Protective Services. The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading the Group Protective Services team. This role sits within Group Protective Services Portfolio Delivery team and will report to the Executive Manager.

As a Protective Security Trainee, you will be given an opportunity to work within all areas of Protective Security and deliver defined project and programs of work to support the Westpac Incident Response Centre, Business Continuity, Incident and Crisis Management and Protective Security teams.

**What do I need?**

Ideally, you have experience in the banking industry but most importantly you will a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and have a keen interest in building a career with us.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Active listening skills and the ability to question and challenge information provided
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Car Licence (desired)
