Retail Security Officer – Join the Fortitude Protective Services Team

Location: Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Casual / Full-Time (Multiple positions available)

Are you a reliable, vigilant, and professional security officer looking to work with a respected and growing company? Fortitude Protective Services is currently seeking qualified Retail Security Officers to join our team across various retail locations in NSW.

About the Role:

As a Retail Security Officer, you will be the first line of defence in protecting our clients' property, staff, and customers. Your presence will help deter theft and anti-social behaviour while upholding a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Duties Include:

  • Maintaining a visible and professional security presence
  • Loss prevention and asset protection
  • Monitoring foot traffic and suspicious behaviour
  • Responding to incidents and reporting accordingly
  • Liaising with retail staff, customers, and emergency services when required

Requirements:

Current NSW Security Licence

Valid First Aid Certificate

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

High standard of personal presentation

Punctual, reliable, and proactive

Previous retail security or loss prevention experience (preferred but not essential)
