This isn't your average Operations gig. You'll be part of a fast-moving team that works across exciting venues, supports operations, and helps create safe, welcoming spaces for everyone.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Keeping licensed venues and other locations safe and secure.
  • Supporting behind-the-scenes operations to keep things running smoothly.
  • Being a team player and helping build a positive, respectful work culture.
  • Handling conflict calmly and professionally to protect patrons and staff.

What You'll Need:
  • Full and unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • Certificate II in Security Operations.
  • Valid 1A NSW Security Licence.
  • RSA Competency Card.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Weekend and public holiday availability.
  • Great communication and customer service vibes.
  • Confidence in conflict resolution.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome to Have):
  • 12+ months experience in licensed venue security.
  • Flexibility to work across different locations.
  • RCG Competency Card (bonus points if you've got it).
