YOUR ROLE

Join our team as an IT Asset Management Specialist

You'll enable secure, robust, and scalable digital experiences for customers, colleagues, and partners. Your thought leadership will support our strategic priorities and business plan, contributing to value creation, innovation, and improved performance.

You'll develop and plan for future growth, manage products and services across the IAG estate, and continuously improve IT asset management processes. Your role includes maintaining accurate hardware and software inventories, coordinating policies, and using automated systems for asset management. You'll also support purchasing, reconcile software licenses, forecast technology needs, and optimize unused assets.

As a key contact for software audits, you'll document changes, maintain asset management tools, and participate in special projects. You'll embody our values, contribute to your team's success, and provide leadership that promotes IAG behaviours.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Gadigal Country (Sydney).

ABOUT YOU- Communication skills, networking, and stakeholder management skills- Negotiation and influencing skills- Reporting and research skills- Results driven, with a strong customer focus- Project management, planning and change management skills- Strong contract and commercial acumen- Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills utilizing available resources- Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside of the IT organization- Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented, can work independently, and set priorities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products- 5+ years IT asset management with both hardware and software experience preferred
