We're Hiring: Asset Finance Specialist | Full-Time Contractor

Are you a high-performing Asset Finance Broker looking for your next big move? We're growing fast and on the hunt for a motivated, experienced Asset Finance Specialist to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the deal
    — Manage the full finance process from referral to settlement.
  • Assess smart
    — Review applications and assess client eligibility with precision.
  • Match clients to solutions
    — Recommend the right financial products based on client goals.
  • Be the bridge
    — Liaise confidently with lenders, brokers, referral partners and clients.
  • Know your credit
    — Navigate lender policies, understand niches and credit criteria.
  • Work independently
    — Handle deals end-to-end with autonomy and efficiency.
  • Leads provided
    — We'll supply the referrals — you bring them home.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience
    as an asset finance broker, lender experience or in the dealer space.
  • Strong credit knowledge
    and the ability to match clients with the right solutions.
  • Top-notch communicator
    who can build rapport and close with confidence.
  • Self-starter mindset
    with the ability to juggle tasks and manage time effectively.
