Senior Building Manager
Asset Centre is seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to join our growing team and manage a premium residential strata scheme on Sydney's Lower North Shore.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, client-focused professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for maintaining high-quality buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day building operations, compliance, and contractor management
Coordinate preventative maintenance and remedial projects
Manage fire safety, WHS, and by-law compliance
Deliver excellent service to residents and Strata Committees
Prepare reports and maintain records in MYBOS building management software
Provide hands-on support with minor maintenance tasks
About You:
Proven experience as a Building Manager or Facilities Manager (residential strata preferred)
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Building Manager, Senior Building Manager, or Facilities Manager.
Strong knowledge of building compliance, fire safety, and remedial works
Demonstrated experience with Class 2 buildings and remedial projects.
Familiarity with NCAT processes and strata law.
Proficient with MYBOS
Organised, professional, and customer-service oriented
Confident in liaising with strata managers, committees, and contractors
Trade background or strong handyman skills highly regarded
