Media and Consumer Touchpoints Manager

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Media and Consumer Touchpoints Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Brand Managers on the performance media strategies to help drive business growth and improve efficiencies across the Luxe division.
**Strategy and Planning**:
- Support brand teams on the performance media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliates
- Partner with brand teams and media agencies to build optimal channel forecasts that deliver on ROAS and sales goals
- Collaborate with e-commerce, CRM, and brand teams to align on media tactics that support the overarching marketing and campaign strategies
- Drive test and learn initiatives with agencies partners to identify and implement new opportunities to enhance brand performance and deliver incremental growth across paid channels
- Work closely with the commercial and activation teams to optimise e-retail media investments and identify opportunities to scale efficiently
**Campaign Management**:
- Oversee and track monthly transactional media investments across all brands and performance channels, ensuring spends are sufficient and in-line with business goals
- Develop and maintain standardised tracking documents for all brand teams including campaign and performance planning, tracking, and reporting
- Deliver weekly performance reporting and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting optimisations and strategic recommendations to close performance gaps
- Partner with the Digital Activations Manager and Marketing Managers and provide support on e-retail media targets, reporting and deliver actionable insights to improve key KPIs and drive revenue growth
**Collaboration and Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies on all performance media activity
- Collaborate with brand teams to develop creative best-practice briefs and ensure that content resonates with local audiences and customers
- Support brand teams in preparing and refining media briefs for agencies partners, when required
- Helping to activate any key optimisations with support from the media agency
