THE ROLE .

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Media Manager who has excellent skills in Paid Search & Paid social. Proficient at pulling insights from Google Analytics, forecasting for multiple channels and an ability to prioritise across multiple client requests.

You will be able to demonstrate an aptitude to interrogate data to look for trends leading to insights and develop strong client relationships.
To do so you will need to be proficient with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Youtube & Google Shopping. Some aspects such as experience with programmatic, Bid Management tools are highly regarded but not essential

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE.

- You will run and manage campaigns end to end including developing the strategy to deliver on the KPI, build the campaign, go live, optimise and report back
You will optimise performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including paid search, shopping, display, paid social and retargeting
You will help manage the execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit and new customers (KPI dependant)
You will look for opportunities that support strategic decision-making and be able to communicate this to the client
You will maintain efficiencies throughout the team with processes and automation
You will utilise internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touchpoints
You will manage the full performance budget from forecasting, pacing, invoicing and reconciliation
