**Key responsibilities**:

- Migrating Circana clients’ reports from legacy platforms (in Excel and PowerPoint) to Unify.
- Actively contribute to the project plan and own report build, implementation and quality control tasks for the migration process within the project timeline.
- Audit existing client reports to convert them to be Unify compatible reducing reporting needs through the Standard reports or if additional requirements are needed, helping to consult and build custom reports.
- Develop best practice, standards and procedures and constant improvements for migrating clients onto Unify through ANZ legacy platforms. Maintain relevant reporting documentation.
- Implement consistent report and content organization within Unify+ to contribute to a consistent and high quality client user experience for all client.
- Coach, train and work with Client Service and Genpact/CORE during the report migration process to upskill them on how to import Standard reports, customize them and build custom reports.
- Brief offshore report development teams on client reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot, find and fix reports during Unify migration, go live and 3 month post go live until temple is decommissioned.
- Support and consult all teams post go live and during BAU for queries, issues that they might have.

**We’re looking for**:

- A thorough knowledge of the current legacy systems especially temple excel and report building
- Being able to translate our legacy reports into Unify
- Accuracy, attention to detail and good time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Temple and Unify.
- Knowledge and previous experience of internal Circana proprietary software
- Has a strong understanding of CGD/Retail requirements
- Has a client focus and strong understanding of what clients use Circana data for within the industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills working with people of various levels and units in the company
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- QC the migrated Model reports and summarise differences in reports (if any).
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with an emphasis on managing completion of tasks by non-direct reports
