**Job Overview**

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, traffic, and conversions. Your role will involve promoting our unique services, educating audiences about Korean skincare treatments, and engaging with current and prospective clients across digital platforms. You’ll also help grow our social media following, optimise our website for local SEO, and manage paid campaigns to ensure our brand remains the top choice for anyone seeking effective, trusted skincare solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy & Campaign Management**: Develop and execute online marketing strategies to boost our brand presence, with a focus on driving leads and conversions for our skincare services and treatments.
- **Social Media Management**: Curate and post high-quality, engaging content on Instagram and other platforms. Showcase our expertise in Korean skincare, client results, and clinic life through organic and paid content.
- **SEO & Website Optimisation**: Optimise our website and local listings to ensure we rank highly for relevant keywords. Focus on improving organic search visibility and conversion rates.
- **Paid Advertising Campaigns**: Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Instagram and other platforms, focusing on local targeting to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- **Content Creation & Strategy**: Develop and implement content strategies, including blog posts, videos, and educational resources, showcasing the benefits of Korean skincare and our unique treatments.
- **Client Engagement**: Create interactive, educational content (e.g., skincare tips, procedure explanations, client success stories) to engage and nurture relationships with our audience.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use social media insights, paid ad metrics and other tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
- **Brand Reputation & Reviews**: Manage online reviews and client feedback, ensuring that our reputation remains positive and reflective of our position as the top Korean skincare clinic in Australia.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, social media, content creation, and paid ads.
- Proven success in **beauty, skincare**, or related industries is highly preferred. Experience in **Korean beauty** or cosmetic treatments is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of **SEO** strategies, **Google Ads**, **Instagram Ads**, and social media marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with clients.
- A creative mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Familiarity with design tools like **Canva** or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, especially for creating engaging visuals and videos.
