What is the role?
- Lead the organisation’s sales strategy and activities with banking and finance clients to maximise revenue from new and existing clients, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction

What will you be doing?
- Setting the corporate strategy for your assigned clients in order to attain and exceed revenue targets
- Work collaboratively across the CoreLogic organisation to develop and execute a dynamic customer strategy
- Negotiating major deals within policy guidelines, maintaining contact with key clients and identifying and steering opportunities for business improvement
- Providing leadership and strategic direction to your banking and finance clients and aligning with a broader business plan
- Regularly monitoring and reporting actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections
- Coordinating the gathering of market intelligence and monitoring competitors’ sales strategies and products, campaigns and events to optimise market share
- Conducting product demonstrations and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans

Are you the right fit?
- Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and excellent communication skills
- Expert product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution
- Strategic management, leadership, mentoring, business, accounting and reporting capabilities
- Analytical interpretation and advanced problem solving abilities
- Sound knowledge of banking & finance clients
- Appreciation of the value/importance of the account coupled with the ability to balance the needs of the organisation and the client’s organisation

Key Performance Indicators
- New Sales
- YoY Revenue Recognition Retention and Growth
- Ownership of a Dynamic Customer Strategy Plan
- Identification and cultivation of major opportunities
- Development of rapport with high-level customer influencers

Experience and Education Required
- 10+ years of strategic sales experience ideally exposed to banking & finance clients
