**About the role at Mantel Group**

Mantel Group is growing rapidly and to diversify our client portfolio we are looking for support with a strategic account principal. This role will sit alongside our current client engagement principals (CEP) and be really focused on building strategic relationships with clients whilst supporting our team. The Strategic Account Principal will play a pivotal role in developing strong relationships with clients. This role will suit a business focused consultant with the ability to approach clients from a non technical perspective.

**Seniority**

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
