We’re now seeking an experienced and driven Project Sales Principal to lead the sales success of our flagship new developments at Castle Hill and Oatlands in Sydney’s north-west.
About the Role
As a Project Sales Principal, you’ll take ownership of all sales activity across these landmark projects, driving revenue, deposits and settlements in line with project feasibilities. You’ll engage deeply with customers from initial enquiry through to settlement, providing an exceptional experience and building confidence in one of life’s most important decisions.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Development, Marketing and Operations teams to shape pricing, product mix and release strategies, ensuring every project achieves its financial and customer goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from enquiry to settlement across Castle Hill and Oatlands developments.
- Achieve or exceed revenue, deposit and settlement targets.
- Build trusted relationships with purchasers, stakeholders and internal partners.
- Provide strategic input into project pricing, marketing, and release strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce) and deliver reporting insights.
- Coach and mentor Sales Professionals where applicable to ensure consistency of process and customer experience.
- Represent Levande with integrity, care and professionalism in all customer interactions.
About You
You’re a seasoned property professional with strong experience in off-the-plan residential sales, ideally within retirement living, land lease, or residential development. You combine commercial acumen with a genuine passion for helping people find the right home and lifestyle.
**You’ll also bring**:
- 7+ years’ experience in real estate sales with proven success in achieving project sell-down targets.
- Current real estate licence and strong knowledge of off-the-plan sales processes.
- The ability to interpret floorplans and articulate design features to prospective buyers.
- Commercial and financial literacy, including understanding of feasibility metrics.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM (preferred).
