Ranked number one local real estate agency, our client seeks a proven gun associate to the principal. Replacing the current Associate due to their career progression to Agent, you’ll be provided the training, mentoring and support in a high performing and supportive team to do likewise.

**Duties**
- Prospecting the local area which includes a mix of cold and warm calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping
- Attending open for inspections as well as private inspections
- Preparing weekly open for inspection packs
- Building and maintaining relationships with current clientele including vendors, buyers, solicitors, trades etc.
- Providing general sales support to the sales director and the team
- Preparing for and attending appraisals
- Database management and data entry
- Assisting with coordination of advertising and marketing where required

**Specific requirements**

This role will be ideally suited to an experienced Sales Associate, or a Sales Executive who wants to maximise their income by aligning with a highly successful, high-volume team and improve their income potential:

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Driven and highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
