**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Provides the Creative Direction for the product and responsible for the execution of the design work where needed. The Project Designer will be required to brief the team/vendors based on the agreed design direction, giving feedback to ensure the work meets the creative brief. **Main Duties**
- Lead and execute to the design vision for aesthetics & storytelling, set forth by the Design Director.
- Take ideas from ideation/concept stage, to production and oversee the process, with a focus on aesthetics.
- Managing all levels of aesthetics & concept story complexity: from basic figurines to robotic character.
- Working with Asia-based counterparts in development of product aesthetics.
- Communicate and present ideas clearly - ability to verbally visualize concepts & product experiences.

**ABOUT YOU**

You’re a visionary designer with a flair for characters and cuteness. With a deep love for aesthetic storytelling, you lead the look and feel of playful, personality-packed electronic toys—think cute robot pets and beyond. From concept to final form, you bring characters to life through shape, style, and detail, ensuring every design feels irresistible, iconic, and on-brand.

Minimum 6-7 years’ experience in toy illustration role or 10 years’ experience in non-toy illustration role.
