The Major Roads Projects Victoria, Major Transport Infrastructure Authority (MRPV MTIA) has an opportunity for an experienced Graphic Design and Digital Coordinator to join the Communications & Engagement team on the WGTP.

Part of the West Gate Tunnel Project (WGTP) Digital team and reporting to the Manager (Digital), the Graphic Design and Digital Coordinator will develop and produce highly engaging video content and graphic design collateral that effectively communicates the key messages of West Gate Tunnel Project throughout the life of the project.

The role will be responsible for the in-house finished production of videos and graphic assets for WGTP social and digital media channels and collaborate closely with the communications team on creative content development to ensure the end product is visually engaging and reflective of the WGTP brand.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Collaborate with the Communications team to develop scripts, story boards and bringing ideas to the table to create compelling and innovative video content, animations (including sourcing footage, music and voiceovers) and graphics to showcase project highlights and milestones, and highlight the benefits to community and stakeholders
- Develop innovative and creative graphic design solutions and services for electronic and printed communications items within agreed timelines and in adherence to relevant branding style guides
- Liaise with external suppliers such as videographers, photographers and printers to closely proof and quality check all items and publications prior to production
- Support the West Gate Tunnel Project digital communications strategy
- Monitor emerging trends in digital and video communications, and ensure that opportunities for improving digital offerings are identified

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated hands on experience with the design, production, shooting and editing of high-quality videos and appealing motion graphics
- Strong portfolio that showcases your work in an integrated campaign environment, i.e.. Print + video + animation
- Proficiency in video editing software - Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong skills in graphic design and imaging software packages including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat including the preparation of electronic artwork for commercial print
- Project and time management skills with the demonstrated ability to produce high quality material within an allocated deadline
- Ability to work cooperatively and creatively as part of a team, take direction and self-manage
- Well-developed organisational skills with the capacity to manage conflicting and changing priorities in order to achieve project outcomes

**Qualifications/Technical Capabilities**:

- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
- Government experience highly regarded
