**About the Company**:
An independent, non-profit, membership-based association with a purpose to celebrate identity and the values that unites to promote a welcoming and inclusive society. Develop your operations coordinating knowledge and support various departmental divisions to create special experiences for the community surrounding National identity.

**About the Role**:
Maxima’s valued client are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Operations Coordinator to cover annual leave for 5-6 weeks. This role is responsible for project coordination, operational activities, administration, and assistance with the coordination of events.
- Responsible for all administrative duties including reception, letters, and postage
- Assistance in coordination of all events, awards, and programs
- Project support
- Provide assistance that is required for membership, sponsorship and ambassador programs.
- Volunteer coordination

**About You**:

- High level of administrative and clerical skills
- Expertise in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM coordination
- Attention to detail/technically proficient
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to produce high quality work while adhering to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate concisely and accurately with a diverse range of people (written and oral)

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Event support experience
- Executive support experience
- Experience with stock control and ordering systems
