**How will I help?**
You will deliver best in class experiences that result in great customer and business outcomes in line with the _Sales and Service Village _mission. You will be passionate about insights, continuous improvement and delivering best in class experiences.
You will be responsible for optimising end-to-end user experiences across all channels or touchpoints, regardless of the brand or service offering, ensuring all channels are effective and orchestrated to create the best outcome.
You will also be responsible for:
- Defining and driving optimisation programs that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes
- Identifying areas of opportunities to improve conversion rates and drive incremental quality traffic
- Defining and prioritising initiatives balancing desirability, viability, and feasibility
- Contributing to 90-day plans to integrate initiatives into backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies
- Measuring, tracking, and generating user insights to inform customer experiences and maximise conversion output
- Shaping personalised experiences across every digital channel through to non-digital channels
- Developing plans to enrich onsite to offsite connected journeys leveraging audience and targeting platforms
- Defining and delivering testing and targeting activities as part of a continuous improvement program of work
- Owning delivery across optimisation, go to market, product launches as well as adoption of new capability
- Contributing to the development of our group-wide standards, methodologies, capability, and toolset
- Formulating connected 1:1 customer experience through online banking, direct and digital marketing, and retail
- Ensuring all data collection principles are aligned and consumer records are kept up to date to best serve the customers’ needs

**What do I need?**
- Customer centricity demonstrated through understanding and implementation of customer centric design
- CRM data interpretation with Excel skills
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills including ability to identify trends and performance expectations based on operational considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to align objectives and initiatives with the organisational vision and values
- Proven track record of developing and presenting value propositions
- High level of commercial acumen and experience
- Strong proficiency in business case modelling and financial benefit modelling
- Demonstrated ability in driving a culture of fact based and data driven decision making
- Results Orientation -focuses attention on key objectives, seeking effective outcomes
- Evidence of engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, to contribute and create effective teamwork across traditional organisational boundaries
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and show flexibility in a dynamic environment with a high/ fast rate of change
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, ability to prepare and deliver presentations to senior audiences
