Elevate your career and unlock your potential by stepping into the role of Flow Technician at our Heathwood facility, where you will be at the forefront of driving excellence in our Distribution Centre. As a key player reporting directly to the Flow Coordinator, you'll lead a centralised team responsible for the overall DC process. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, making a tangible impact on our operational success.

Note: This role requires working on Night Shift across a rotating 7 day roster with 12 hour shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspire and guide the team to complete tasks in a safe environment.
- Foster a strong sense of safety and chain of responsibility within the team.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including team training and task prioritisation.
- Develop warehouse processes and training materials.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly resource planning.
- Ensure warehouse tasks (inbound, pick, stage, and despatch) are executed in the correct order.
- Oversee operations in an automated ASRS environment.
