**Wait.... who and what is Fusion Markets?**
Fusion opened its doors to clients all around the world starting in mid-2019. Each year, we're growing the business by triple digits, outpacing our competitors who are 5+ years older than us. We are a talented team of young professionals who deliver a range of trading products focused on providing the lowest costs for global clients looking to trade Forex, Cryptos, Stocks, Commodities and more. Every month, our clients trade over $100 billion of volume on our trading platforms worldwide. We have big dreams, know-how, and a high bar for the talent we want on the bus* with us to get there. But, while finance can be serious stuff, we try not to take ourselves too seriously (*note: sorry, we don't actually have our own bus). We're in some brand-new digs in South Yarra (Goldfields House), complete with 6-star amenities like two commercial-grade coffee machines, sparkling water taps, an infrared sauna and enough wine to last three decades (our founder is obsessed; don't get him started). Fusion Markets is a place that cares deeply about our clients' trading experience and how we can improve it, but even more about the people at Fusion who help make it all happen.
**What's the role all about?**
In the role, you will get to work closely with the Head of Marketing, playing an important role in driving the business forward
This is a Full-Time, on-site position.
Salary Band: $70,000 - $80,000 AUD + super
**In a nutshell, your core projects will be content creation/management, social media and campaign management.**
You will play a key role in assisting the planning and execution of customer-centric marketing. Ideally, you will have performed in a marketing role previously for at least a year. You'll have a lot of autonomy for attacking areas of the business you think can be improved and playing to your strengths (whether that's Social, PPC, SEO, Content Creation, etc.). There are no sacred cows here.
**Job Duties**:
- SEO Content planning and design
- End-to-end social media account management (both paid and organic)
- Coordinating, planning, and developing SEM campaigns
- Assisting in writing internal comms to various teams in the company
- Monitoring the performance of campaigns and providing regular updates and insights
- Assisting with the creation of advertising material
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Other tasks that pop up once you get going
**Skills, experience and qualifications**
- At least one or two years in a similar marketing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Great attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Genuine hunger for personal growth and learning.
- While certainly welcome, there is no finance experience required.
**Technology**
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience with SEO, SEM and marketing analytics
- An understanding of digital marketing
- Knowledge of customer journey best practices
- Working knowledge of social media platforms
