Join this National Property Development business with a mix of projects and very active pipeline of work ahead, creating new communities. This is an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator looking to step up and further develop their skills in a Marketing team with long tenure and amazing mentors.

Reporting to the genuine and passionate Marketing Manager, you will get to own the end-to-end Project Marketing campaigns for Office and Residential projects while looking after elements of other projects at various stages. You also have the opportunity to assist with Corporate Marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Work in a direct team with a Director, Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant and collaborate with the national Marketing team with specialists in areas like Digital/CRM or Corporate Marketing
- Manage Project Marketing Campaigns for new and existing developments
- Leverage external agency partner relationships - managing creative briefs
- Research and maintain a database of information that will aid marketing strategies for projects
- Manage the communications and PR strategies for the projects
- Ensure all marketing (digital, above the line and below the line) is done to the highest standard - Support available from team
- Assist with budget management for project campaigns

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Seeking 2 + years’ experience ideally in a similar Marketing role
- Construction, Property, Marketing Agency, Real Estate Marketing or similar experience highly desired
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar required
- Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
