Performance Marketing Manager Overview

This role is for an experienced Paid Media Specialist who wants to take their career to the next level, work with big-name brands, and learn from others who have 15+ years experience in the performance marketing industry.

This role will allow you to gain deep knowledge of how to build and optimise enterprise business accounts across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and BVOD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of performance marketing clients including meetings, WIPs and reporting.
  • Responding to briefs to build award-winning performance marketing campaigns on behalf of Aperitif's suite of clients.
  • Strategising and
    proactively
    working on clients' performance campaigns to grow ROI and bring down their overall CPA.
  • Constantly evolving campaigns and split testing to improve client's ROI.
  • Reporting back to clients with post-campaign analysis and key action items to further improve performance.
  • Driving perpetual improvement for our performance marketing strategies by staying at the forefront of the latest trends and techniques across Google & Meta.
  • Responsible for budget management of media spend across the portfolio.
  • Key account manager for a select few enterprise clients only (Big-name brands across the hotel and fashion industries, for example).

As the team is growing rapidly, there is an opportunity to continue to hone your skills and progress into role paths of your choosing. We are firm believers in perfecting our craft and will provide all the necessary training to take your skills to the next level.

Required Experience & Skills

  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns, with particular expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • You have a track record of successful PPC results, including improving ROAS and ROI.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • You're a natural storyteller, you have the ability to digest data and turn it into tangible suggestions that can easily be understood by those without your level of expertise.
  • You're confident to share your professional opinion, you're goal and outcomes-orientated
  • You're a self-starter, with an innate curiosity.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Google Merchant Centre & Google Tag Manager experience is a bonus.
  • TikTok Ads experience a bonus.
