**Office Assistant - Full Time (Macquarie Street, Sydney CBD)**

**ADS.finance** is a Sydney-based debt financing and investment firm with diverse interests across **e-commerce, child care, and private lending**. We’re seeking a **full-time Office Assistant** to provide administrative support across our group of businesses.

This is a great opportunity to join a **close-knit team** in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively with our team in the CBD office and with colleagues across our broader operations.

**What We're Looking For**

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- **Permanent residency in Australia**, with availability to work **5 days a week onsite** at our Macquarie Street office
- A **positive, enthusiastic attitude** and willingness to learn
- **Strong communication skills**, both written and verbal, as you’ll be handling customer inquiries
- The ability to **work independently**, stay organised, and keep directors updated on progress
- **Basic computer skills** - familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is ideal
- Some **experience or interest in graphic design** for social media content would be a bonus (but not essential)
