NSW Government Agency is looking for an experienced Contract Lead to manage a project of work to build a fit for purpose Provider Management Framework.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Procurement project resources to design an end-to-end Provider Management Framework which is aligned to the Agencies future state customer service strategy and will enable the agency to manage providers from a relationship, performance and cost perspective.
- Ensure the Provider Management Framework drives a performance improvement culture and captures pertinent data to enable optimal decision making by the business.
- Ensure contractual instruments and remuneration structures align with the future state Provider Management Framework.
- Partner with appropriate functions to implement the Provider Management Framework into business as usual activities.
- Contribute to the project of work to ensure the Agencies complex claims governance model is fit for purpose within the future state claims model.
- Lead a high performing and highly engaged team with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area and/or proven commercial experience
- Extensive Contract management and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end provider management frameworks in complex environments.
- Experience working in the Insurance / Government industry is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
