About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a key commercial role where you'll take the lead on managing contracts, procurement and financial controls — ensuring your project is delivered in line with cost, time and compliance targets.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll bring your commercial expertise to drive performance across all phases of the project lifecycle, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-functioning team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead contract administration across multiple contracts
  • Oversee procurement activities including tender reviews and contractor engagement
  • Manage subcontractor performance, claims and payment processes
  • Monitor project cost control and financial reporting
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teams
  • Support project planning by aligning procurement with construction timelines
  • Ensure contract obligations are understood and met across all parties

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field
  • 6+ years' experience in a Contracts Administration role (ideally senior level)
  • Demonstrated experience on high-rise construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial landscape and subcontractor market
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong reporting skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
