Lead Contract Administrator

A leading contractor with 30 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. Our expertise spans the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation sectors.
This role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of contract administration, from procurement and negotiation to variations, claims, and close-out.
- End-to-end contract administration across civil infrastructure projects
- Procurement management, subcontractor agreements, and contract negotiations
- Variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and claims administration
- Project forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting support
- Contractual correspondence, progress claims preparation and review
