Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost forecasts and monitor financial status to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Provide crucial input for management-level financial reports.
  • Ensure site supervisory staff are aware of the project's scope, inclusions, and tender packages.
  • Coordinate preparation of tender documentation including pricing schedules, scope of works, comparative analysis, and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Liaise with clients regarding progress claims under the head contract.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial projects.
  • Proven experience in Tier 1, 2, or 3 environments.
  • Experience leading projects valued over $50 million as Senior CA.
  • Significant experience working as a Contracts Administrator in Australia.
  • Previous experience completing multiple projects from start to finish.
  • Understanding of Australian commercial and legal principles pertaining to head contracts.
  • Familiarity with major building trades and their operations.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
