Legal Counsel Role

As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial role in providing commercial contracting advice to support the company's growing business. This is a hybrid position based in Sydney, with the flexibility to work from any of our offices across Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with professionals and pursuit teams to negotiate and manage high-value pursuits and agreements, including large-scale transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally on complex global contracting initiatives and projects.
  • Form part of the globally integrated GCO function, serving as trusted advisors to the community through the delivery of proactive, commercial legal advice.
Requirements
  • An unrestricted practicing certificate for an Australian jurisdiction.
  • At least 8 years of post-admission experience gained in a top or leading mid-tier firm and/or reputable in-house experience.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
