**Company Description**
Pact Group’s Contract Manufacturing Division manufactures across several operational sites and supplies a wide range of homecare and personal-care categories to all the major retailers and global FMCG brand owners.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will Partner with business stakeholders and lead cross-functional, cross business teams, this role will manage all procurement activities and support select supply chain optimisation programs across Pact Contract Manufacturing.

The purpose of the role is to develop and execute best in class sourcing strategies and contract management aligned with the Pact Contract Manufacturing strategic priorities and business needs.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Manage the relationship of our key partners.
- Develop a procurement and category strategy with input and alignment from key business and functional stakeholders.
- Lead and execute key procurement value delivering initiatives.
- Champion safety across our business driving a zero-injury performance.
- Build a three-year pipeline of initiatives which unlock value and remove cost from our operations.

**Your skills and experience**

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

- Managed significant category spend
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing industry with a commercial focus
- Business Acumen and commercial savvy
- Knowledge of procurement concepts and processes
- Knowledge and experience with Import Sourcing
- Strategic Sourcing methodology
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Supplier Management & Development (VRM)
- Project Management Skills
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Lead cross functional collaboration
- Obtaining, analysing and drawing conclusions from complex business and market data
- Experience utilising SAP and Coupa
