We are working with our IT/ICT client who provides infrastructure services, deploying and managing client's IT infrastructure from beginning to end, including maintenance support.

**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a background in infrastructure. Someone used to dealing with channel partners and end users.

**The Role**:
The Account manager role is to develop and execute an ongoing customer engagement plan. By developing a “trusted advisor” relationship you will support client partners in winning projects that will involve the design and implementation of all aspects of the projects. (Including WIFI, calbing, comms rooms, CCTV etc...)
- Develop a “trusted adviser” relationship.
- Understand the customer business and how our products and services support their goals.
- Be a central point of contact for customer requests.
- Create solutions across multiple offerings to solve client problems, proactively contribute to customer IT strategy, with a view to achieving success for all involved.
- Identify new requirements the Customer has and engage strategically.

**Responsibilities**:

- Researching our client organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build a sales pipeline of new opportunities from within our existing client base.
- Finding and developing new market opportunities and improving sales.
- Developing RFP’s, Statements of Work and Proposals for clients.
- Self-developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.

**Experience required**:

- Experience in solution selling, ideally ICT infrastructure / professional services offerings.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales roles, preferably as an account manager within the IT industry.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent negotiation and motivational skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
