**THE OPPORTUNITY**

DECJUBA are on the lookout for an experienced and confident Brand Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic and talented Customer Experience team

As Brand Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and developing strong content plans in line with business objectives. Reporting into the Brand Marketing Manager, you will work with the wider business to deliver monthly campaigns across all marketing channels.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and execute monthly campaign stories across all marketing channels.
- Identify and develop reactive briefs utilising product knowledge and marketing strategy.
- Key point of contact to manage product movements for wider marketing team, supporting channel teams on execution.
- Delivery of local area marketing (LAM) strategy, inclusive of store opening activity and identifying engagement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to deliver excellence of DECJUBA product storytelling and key projects.
- Execute marketing sustainability strategy across relevant channels and communication touchpoints.
- Support on any reporting and insights for Brand Marketing team, including the delivery of monthly marketplace analysis.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- Strong attention to detail and high drive for achievement.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders.
- Efficient, effective prioritisation and workload management - ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercially focused, process driven with a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
