Restrictive Practices Coordinator

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Clinical Excellence Lead, the Restrictive Practices Coordinator will be responsible in ensuring the effective running of the RPA Panel and compliance with Restrictive Practices submission and reporting requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with internal and external stakholders including team leaders and behaviour support practitioners to obtain the mandatory information required for Restrictive Practices submissions
- Completing Restrictive Practices Submissions for Authorisation and Reviews in the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) Restrictive Practices Portal
- Reviewing and activating Pending Behaviour Support Plans in the NDIS. Commission Portal.
- Creating RPA Panel Hearing Schedule for the DSA RPA Panel and distribute to the Convenor and DCJ Independent Specialist.
- Assisting with meeting preparations for the DSA RPA Panel such as internal room/videoconference bookings, meeting invitations, accessibility requirements and distribution of the RPA Panel Schedules.
**About you**
As the Restrictive Practices Coordinator you will have proven experience within a coordinator or administrator role where you have used your excellent communication and computer skills to play a key role in streamlining the compliance process. You are a compliance driven person with strong desire to ensure that restrictive practices are followed thoroughly. In addition, your inquisitive nature allows you to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment where you use your initiative to solve problems and achieve client-focused outcomes.
