**THE OPPORTUNITY**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Trade Account Manager **to join our Trade Sales Team in Qld.
This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparing & sending customer quotations
- Assist customers and Trade Reps in arranging orders and ensuring they are processed within the cut off times
- Coordinating order entry with the internal sales & patio estimating teams
- Ensure all account administration is maintained and kept up to date
- Ensure monthly budget targets are met
- Proactively anticipate and resolve customer queries
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Liaise with manufacturing and despatch teams
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
**ABOUT YOU**
- ** Desirable** - experience in business to business & business to consumer sales
- ** Desirable **- experience working in building or manufacturing industry
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitask
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- ** Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart**
