**Client**

A market leading manufacturer of Vacuum Trucks, Water Trucks, Service Trucks, Waste Trucks and Tilt Tray Trucks. They have grown exponentially in the last couple of years and are looking for a highly motivated and diligent individual to join their team.

They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about manufacturing excellence, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Manufacturing Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience in manufacturing to streamline assembly procedures, optimize Bill of Materials, and drive product improvement initiatives.
- Technical Mastery: Provide high-level technical advice, ensuring our engineering processes align with industry best practices and exceed quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage a small team of both local and off-shore engineers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving project milestones and exceeding customer expectations.
- Lean Management: Collaborate with production managers to implement lean management principles, maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste in our manufacturing processes.
- Global Collaboration: Travel to China and the Philippines to engage with international teams, understand local dynamics, and facilitate seamless communication.

**Qualifications**
- Degree Qualified in Engineering
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in assembly procedures, Bill of Materials, and detailed drawings.
- Track record of successful product improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage local and off-shore teams effectively.
- Familiarity with lean management principles.
- Willingness to travel to China and the Philippines
